We try to have a variety of lenders/ investors on our panel to cater for all our clients requirements! At RFL, we don’t charge any upfront fees however with property finance, you can incur an upfront fee for a valuation and legal fees which can prove to be quite costly!
Therefore we have lenders on our panel who offer no upfront legal fees for our clients - the legal fees are deducted from the loan when the deal completes.
