Introducing The Development Exit Loan...

One of our panel lenders has introduced a brand new product for property developers. It is designed to give financial flexibility to the developer allowing equity to be released as the development nears completion with more equity released to cash-flow as sales are achieved.

Upon refinance of the existing loan, the lender will advance up to 70% of the site value to repay the existing debt with the balance injected into cash flow. The balance of up to 30% is released when units are sold, giving a further cash flow injection.

What do we offer:
