DAILY BRIDGING PRODUCT

At Restore Finance, we have a variety of products available for our clients and one of these is a daily bridging product provided by one of our lenders!

With the majority of bridging lenders, there is a minimum term of 3 months however our lender offers a day rate bridging loan which means you only pay interest for the exact number of days you use the loan and there is no exit fee!

Why would you need this product? This product is ideal for property investors or developers who may need just a few days or weeks to bridge the gap while awaiting a sale, refinancing or additional funding.
