One of our lenders is offering a product where you can get a bridging loan with an interest rate of 0.39% per month! Criteria: Loan Size: £150k - £2.5m LTV: Up to 75% No previous experience needed Purpose: Purchase, Capital raise, Re-bridge or Refinance Client Status: UK client, Foreign National, Ex pats Interest: Serviced / Part & Part / Flexi Exit Fee: 1 months interest at the non-discounted rate Residential, Commercial and Mixed-Use properties allowed. The 0.39% interest rate applies for the first 3 months of a 6 month term which it then increases to 1.19% for the remaining term so this product is perfect if you just need the loan for 3 months. Alternatively, you could do a 12 month term with an interest rate of 0.42% for the first 6 months which then the interest rate increases to 1.22% after the 6 months.
